We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect / Senior ServiceNow Consultant to plan, design, solution, and deliver ServiceNow implementations in client facing roles. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will build and deliver Tietoevry's ServiceNow implementation at customer sites in the Nordic markets while ensuring customer satisfaction and acting as the central point of contact for implementation work.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge and expertise of ServiceNow ITSM with good understanding of CSM and HR
  • Good Knowledge about ServiceNow On-Premise implementation
  • Ability to create client specific solutions leveraging industry best practices
  • Working knowledge of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF
  • Excellent knowledge of various common integration solutions
  • Fluency in Swedish and English language
