ServiceNow Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions focusing on Sales and Order Management SOM applications and the Technology Media and Telecommunications TMT industry specific suite.

Requirements

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing ServiceNow solutions
• Proven expertise in implementing various ServiceNow applications, including platform capabilities like flows, integrations, and data modelling
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, including ITSM, ITOM, Service Portal, CSM, and industry suite specialized applications such as SOM or OMT or TMT
• Experience in creating complex ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other API methods
• Familiarity with CMDB design, CSDM framework, and data integration in large-scale enterprise environments
• Excellent understanding of Now platform administration capabilities, user interface, and security
• Must have used DevOps strategy to ensure effective code and data migration
• Experience to create cloning and upgrade strategy
• Certifications: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), ITIL v4 certification (a plus)
