LightFeather is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team in Washington, DC. This role is focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to support IT modernization initiatives.
Requirements
- US Citizenship.
- Active clearance at the Secret level or above.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or a similar role.
- In-depth experience with ServiceNow integrations, custom development, and troubleshooting.
- Expertise in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Security Operations, Service Catalog, and Reporting.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data models, workflows, scripting (JavaScript), REST APIs, and proficiency in web technologies including HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting capabilities.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, performance optimization, and implementing best practices for scalability.
- Strong knowledge of data security practices and integration security protocols.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proven ability to develop innovative solutions for complex technical challenges.
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
