The ServiceNow Architect plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to drive efficiency, automation, and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred
- Proven experience in architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Service Portal, and ServiceNow IntegrationHub
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes, ITIL framework, and industry best practices
- Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies used in ServiceNow development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
