ServiceNow Architect & Development Manager - Enterprise Technology

Blackstone is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect & Development Manager to lead the development of technical standards and best practices. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in a corporate IT environment with a medium to large deployment of ServiceNow, 3+ years as a Developer Manager and Architect, and expertise in ServiceNow development and architecture.

Requirements

• 8+ years in a corporate IT environment with a medium to large deployment of ServiceNow
• 3+ years as a Developer Manager and Architect
• Expert in ServiceNow development and architecture with proficiency in JavaScript, Python, SQL, Web Services and GIT
• Strong verbal/written communication (e.g., presentations, technical documentation), with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels (e.g., technical teams and CTOs)
• Demonstrated significant leadership experience as a team lead or similar role
• Project management experience
• A self-starting, entrepreneurial attitude
• A desire to be a part of and grow a great team and organization

• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
• Ability to work within complex systems and large data sets
• Major in Software Engineering or Computer Science
