Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator).
• Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
