As a ServiceNow Architect, you'll lead the design and configuration of a client's ServiceNow implementation architecture, solving complex challenges and working with senior leaders and executives to foster positive client relationships.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across platform applications
- 10+ years of experience with architecting, designing, and implementing ServiceNow systems, solutions, and tools across the Platform for DoD or Federal organizations
- Experience with Glidescripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, out of the box config, custom apps, and development methods
- Experience with requirements management and Agile development practices
- Experience in working with Government clients in the development of ServiceNow implementation strategies and roadmaps for optimal implementation leveraging best practices
- Ability to collaborate with project and proposal teams effectively to incorporate ServiceNow solutions and while articulating high-quality implementation plans
- Ability to work with senior leaders and executives to foster positive client relationships
- Bachelor’s degree
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Technical Architect (CTA) certification
