We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to identify business areas that can be improved to increase efficiency and strengthen business processes. The role involves working collaboratively with project leadership, BAs are an essential role in engagement, participating in the creation of robust solutions within the customers’ environments, and collaborating with clients and colleagues to make sure these systems support the user's end goal.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of Business Analyst experience
- Experience in end to end implementation of 2 or more ServiceNow modules and 1-2 years of previous ServiceNow Business Analyst experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or Process Engineering
