ServiceNow Business Analyst

As a ServiceNow Business Analyst at Accenture Federal Services, you will develop a thorough understanding of business requirements and apply industry best practices and detailed knowledge of ServiceNow to design an optimal solution that supports the business process. You will work with stakeholders and development teams to deliver solutions, develop business processes, and create process flow and system documentation.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience with business analysis/process, ServiceNow, design or Bachelor's degree
• Experience developing standard documentation, including requirement and design specifications, use cases, test plans, and scripts
• Experience working with stakeholders and development teams to deliver solutions
