The ServiceNow Business Analyst role designs complex service management platforms and processes for client onboarding and migrations, adhering to contractual obligations and Unisys standards.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience with ITIL processes and/or operational support in the areas of Service Desk, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset & Configuration, Service Level, and/or Service Request Management
- More than 4 successful customer/client implementations that included multiple core ITIL processes
- Experience extending ServiceNow applications with customizations and added functionality while maintaining the integrity of the applications
- ServiceNow admin certification
- ITIL Foundation certification
