As a Business Process Consultant, you will work with customers to transition their business requirements to configuration requirements of ServiceNow's IT Service Management products, accelerating and driving customer business outcomes. You will be the process expert in how to support IT departments, lead customers in improving their processes, and guide them in taking advantage of ServiceNow's standard capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 8+ years of consulting experience for complex, global IT Service Management organizations
- ServiceNow certifications such current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – IT Service Management
- ITIL Foundations certification
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in an ITSM/IT Service Delivery organization
- Proven experience in defining and deploying future-state processes
- Strong understanding of ITSM technology ecosystem
- Excellent communication skills and strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience in providing Knowledge-Centered Service / Support using technologies
- Experience in analyzing and recommending ITSM strategies based on business priorities
