ServiceNow Business Process Consultant

We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant who are excited to grow with us. Responsibilities include business process analysis, solution design, implementation, training, and support.

Requirements

• US Citizenship
• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
• 4 year Degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science
• Experience with Agile
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Customer-centric skills
• Ability to deal with cultural diversity
• Proven team player
• Industry domain expertise
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
• Working knowledge of system development life cycle concepts
• Highly skilled with Microsoft Visio
• Highly skilled with presenting and running workshops
