SD Worx is a leading European provider of Payroll & HR services with global reach, seeking a ServiceNow Change Management/Trainer to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ITSM processes, excellent analytical skills, and deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• Degree in IT/IT related fields or equal by experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge on ServiceNow with proven work experience.
• Experience of ServiceNow change management application
• Experience in working in Agile squads.
• ITIL certifications is a plus.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and writing).
• Proactive and can-do attitude
