Work in a dynamic environment using agile methodology to deliver client projects, serve as Technical Consultant for ITOM implementations, and develop integrations to existing IT Operations Management tools.
Requirements
- Experience in end to end project implementation on ITOM (CMDB & CSDM)
- Hands-on development of CMDB mapping of Servers, networks, and applications
- Develop integrations to existing IT Operations Management tools using ServiceNow workflows, scripting, and web services/REST APIs
- Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with a variety of enterprise monitoring tools
