The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of IT experience, 3+ years working with ServiceNow, and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Business, Computer Science, Information Systems); advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years information technology experience
- 3+ years working with ServiceNow
- Configuration experience in ServiceNow
- Strong preference for Health Care, Medical Device or regulated industry experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, required
- ITIL certification, a plus
