Requirements
- BAC +5 diploma (engineering school or equivalent training)
- At least 5 years of experience as a consultant or expert in ServiceNow, with a specialization in the ITSM module
- Mastery of ServiceNow configuration and scripting tools (JavaScript, API, workflows)
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and best practices in ITSM
- Certifications: ServiceNow ITSM and ITIL v3/v4
