We are seeking a ServiceNow Customer Administrator with proven implementation experience, a background in ITIL business process, and working knowledge of IT operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web applications, networks, protocols, and email, as well as experience with database manipulation via a programming language. Experience with Single Sign-on using Digested Token, SAML 1.1, SAML 2.0 is a plus.
