As a ServiceNow Developer, you will configure ServiceNow using various capabilities, develop technical solutions, and implement and test them. You will also work with various business stakeholders to come up with effective designs. The role is hybrid, with an expectation of working 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.
Requirements
- Good understanding of ITIL/ITSM Domain.
- Experience with Employee Centre portal and building Custom Widgets.
- Good working experience in implementation of the ServiceNow with specializing in Service Portals, ITSM, ITOM and ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management.
- Good experience in ITAM, HAM Pro, SAM Pro.
- Experience in ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
- Experience with different Agent Workspaces and customizing Next Experience UI using UI Builder.
- Capability to work with various business stakeholders and come up with effective designs keeping in standards and OOB capabilities of the ServiceNow Platform.
