Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office. The role involves configuring and developing technical solutions using ServiceNow capabilities, and working with various business stakeholders to design effective solutions.
Requirements
- Typically, a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 3-5 years minimum related experience
- Good understanding of ITIL/ITSM Domain
- Experience with Employee Centre portal and building Custom Widgets
- Good working experience in implementation of the ServiceNow with specializing in Service Portals, ITSM, ITOM and ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management
- Good experience in ITAM, HAM Pro, SAM Pro
- Experience in ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems
- Experience with different Agent Workspaces and customizing Next Experience UI using UI Builder
