JLL is hiring a ServiceNow Developer 1 to work with global Enterprise Process Owners to translate business requirements into technical requirements, lead requirements analysis, document, and develop, and integrate ServiceNow with other tools.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- ITIL certification preferred
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HR, and other modules a plus
- ServiceNow certification (Certified Application Developer) is a plus
- Experience with scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell
- Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle)
