Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Experience with creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, script includes workflows etc.
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
- A solid understanding of ServiceNow and its modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HR, App Engine, and Portal
- Core ServiceNow capabilities such as Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, and CMDB/CSDM
- Experience in API integrations with other systems
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
