We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our ServiceNow Platform Team and support key applications, including HRSD, ITSM, ITOM, SAM, and HAM. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to enhance platform functionality, drive automation, and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise applications.
Requirements
- Glide APIs, Javascript, HTML, XML, AJAX, and REST web-services experience
- Knowledge of AngularJS is a plus
- Experience in CMDB, Discovery, and integration with other modules
- Strong conceptual understanding of ServiceNow's relational database and data model
- Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies and technical governance
- Demonstrated skills associated with software design, modification, implementation, and deployment
- Experience with QA methodologies and continuous delivery model
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- At least 5 years hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration at an enterprise level
