Our ServiceNow Developer will focus on developing and maintaining ServiceNow Platform with vast capabilities in IT service management (ITSM), IT operations management (ITOM), HR service delivery, customer service management (CSM), and beyond.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow applications including Service Portal, Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, CMDB, Discovery, and Orchestration.
- Experience with JavaScript, GlideAjax, HTML, CSS, APIs, web services, SOAP, mid-servers, SQL, Powershell, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and Workday integrations.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification and experience in the mortgage industry preferred.
