We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing innovative and effective solutions for our DoD customers within the IC sector.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Previous experience working with ServiceNow platforms or related tools such as Jira, SharePoint, JavaScript, or Remedy
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow applications, modules, or workflows (or willingness to train)
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
- Ability to perform on-premise installations and upgrades of ServiceNow
