Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, develop and customize ServiceNow applications, and provide advanced support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, and at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration techniques.
- Experience with AI Operations (Artificial Intelligence) and Event Mgmt.
- Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
