ServiceNow Developer

ServiceNow Developer to join our Development Team on the Luke Program. Design, creation, deployment, and maintenance of multiple ServiceNow applications supporting the Intelligence Community.

Requirements

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform
• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate roll out of new applications and modules
• Create, maintain configuration management on the ServiceNow platform in all environments
• Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators
• Provide expertise in standards and validations
• Provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer
• Act as key coordinator between multiple project teams
• Champion awareness training and implementation of business processes
• Develop process documentation, testing, workflows, and work plans
• Lead workflow presentations to leadership and Mission Partners
• Coordinate with multiple departments within and outside of the customer’s organization
