Sopra Steria is looking for a self-motivated ServiceNow Developer Module Lead with a proven track record in working on ITSM using ServiceNow. The ideal candidate should have experience in ServiceNow Development, scripting languages, and database technologies.
Requirements
- Proven track record in working on ITSM using ServiceNow
- Medium to complex experience in ServiceNow Development
- Understanding customer requirements and working on requests
- Implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules
- Managing workflows of Medium to Complex nature
- Experience with Instance Upgrades and Patches
- Scripting language: JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- Very Good Experience working with relational databases
- Good understanding of Database Technologies
- Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs
- Excellent communication skills
Requirements Summary
4-6 years of experience in ServiceNow Development, scripting languages, and database technologies, with a focus on ITSM and workflows
