ServiceNow Developer (Remote/Flexible)

We are looking for a highly motivated ServiceNow Developer to be part of our expanding team. The ideal candidate will deliver automated, secure, and scalable NOW services, and effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Maintain and extend a stable production, development, and test infrastructure
• Create workflows based on business requirements and best practices
• Design, develop, test, and implement moderate to complex NOW solutions
• Support security standards and architecture to comply with GDPR, HIPAA, and SecOps requirements
• Perform integrations between ServiceNow and other internal and external systems
• Manage all NOW objects, including Tables, Business rules, Scripting, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc.
• Develop, improve, and support portals used by internal and external users
• Efficiently research and resolve technical issues and escalated NOW incidents
• Collaborate with other ServiceNow development team members to propose solutions based on business needs and strategies
• Support complex reports and dashboards
