The Opportunity: As a software sustainment engineer, you play a pivotal role in an application’s functional life, troubleshooting, fixing bugs, and ensuring things run smoothly. As a software sustainment engineer at Booz Allen, you’ll maintain applications, keep systems working, and advise government clients on improving and modernizing existing systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow Implementation and integration focused on ITSM, ITOM, and Software Asset Management (SAM) in a government hosted DevSecOps environment
• Experience with ATO processes and acquisition for secure cloud implementations directly related to ServiceNow
• TS /SCI clearance
• HS diploma or GED
• IAT Level II Certification
• ServiceNow Certification, such as Certified System Administrator, Certification Application Developer (CAD), Certified Technical Architect (CTA), or Master Architect Certification
