As a software sustainment engineer, you play a pivotal role in an application’s functional life. You'll maintain applications, troubleshoot issues, and advise government clients on improving and modernizing their existing systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow Implementation and integration focused on ITSM, ITOM, and Software Asset Management (SAM) in a government hosted DevSecOps environment
- Experience with ATO processes and acquisition for secure cloud implementations directly related to ServiceNow
- TS /SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- IAT Level II Certification
- ServiceNow Certification, such as Certified System Administrator, Certification Application Developer (CAD), Certified Technical Architect (CTA), or Master Architect Certification
