Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in working on ServiceNow Platform, having experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow CSM and ITSM modules, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- ServiceNow Development experience from medium to complex needs
- Experience in implementation of ServiceNow CSM and ITSM modules
- Experience with implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, etc.)
- Experience in managing workflows of Medium to Complex in nature
- Experience in scripting language: JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- Good understanding of Database and Tables
- Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs
