ServiceNow Development Lead

Join Netcompany-Intrasoft as a ServiceNow Development Lead and oversee the development and deployment of ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management and associated integrations. As a technical lead, you will support the architect with defining technical architecture, integrations, and workflows. You will also enforce development standards and governance framework through peer review and mentorship.

Requirements

• Technical University Degree
• 3+ years’ experience: working as a ServiceNow Developer
• Experience as a Technical Lead in a ServiceNow programme
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with SAP systems, focusing on asset data synchronization
• Proficiency in developing and customizing HAM workflows, catalog items, and automation scripts
• Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB structure and asset data alignment with hardware lifecycle stages
• Certified System Administrator
• Certified Application Developer
• Excellent spoken and written knowledge of English(C1+)
• French knowledge is an asset (At least B-2); knowledge of other EU languages is a plus
• Experience with European Institutions is an asset
• Engineering or computer science background
