Thirdera is a fast-growing ServiceNow partner looking for an Engagement Manager to join their global team. The role involves building strong relationships with customers, leading project delivery, and ensuring successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate has a background in software engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or related experience, and 3-5 years of experience in general consulting, service management, and project management. Professional certifications in ServiceNow Sysadmin and Scrum Master are desired.

- Graduated in Software engineer, Electrical engineer, Computer Science, or related experience
- Professional Certification: ServiceNow Sysadmin Certification – Desired
- Scrum Master Certification – Desired
- General Consulting: 3-5 years
- Service Management: 3-5 years
- Project Management: 3+ years
- ServiceNow: 1-3 years preferred
