We're looking for a highly motivated Engagement Manager to join our team. As an Engagement Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering solutions that meet client business needs, building strong relationships with customers, and leading project meetings. You'll also work closely with our Services team to manage project schedules and ensure deliverables are achieved on time.

Requirements

  • Graduated in Software engineer, Electrical engineer, Computer Science, or related experience.
  • Professional Certification: ServiceNow Sysadmin Certification – Desired
  • Scrum Master Certification – Desired
  • General Consulting: 3-5 years
  • Service Management: 3-5 years
  • Project Management: 3+ years
  • ServiceNow: 1-3 years preferred
