ServiceNow Engineer wanted to modernize, sustain, and facilitate the ServiceNow application for DoD. Must have 2+ years of experience with DoD, ServiceNow engineering, and development efforts, and a Secret clearance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with the Department of Defense (DoD)
• 2+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow engineering and development efforts
• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow Development
• Experience with working on project teams that leverage Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience with SAFe, Customer Service Management (CSM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Change Management, Service Catalog, Software Asset Management (SAM), Knowledge Management, Document Management, ITSM, and Human Resource (HR)
• Experience working on project teams that leverage Agile and Scrum
• Ability to communicate to facilitate technical discussions and the creation of user stories
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and management
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of general ServiceNow Platform
• Ability to facilitate technical discussions and draft technical documentation
• Ability to identify areas of improvement independently and take action
• Service Now Certification
