Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with the Department of Defense (DoD)
- 2+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow engineering and development efforts
- 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow Development
- Experience with working on project teams that leverage Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience with SAFe, Customer Service Management (CSM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Change Management, Service Catalog, Software Asset Management (SAM), Knowledge Management, Document Management, ITSM, and Human Resource (HR)
- Experience working on project teams that leverage Agile and Scrum
- Ability to communicate to facilitate technical discussions and the creation of user stories
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and management
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of general ServiceNow Platform
- Ability to facilitate technical discussions and draft technical documentation
- Ability to identify areas of improvement independently and take action
