We are seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to join our team for a 5+ month contract project. The successful candidate will have experience with the ServiceNow software suite, analytical mindset, and practical work style. They will be responsible for configuring and developing core and custom solutions, working with the ServiceNow functional and admin teams, and maintaining the stability of the overall platform.
Requirements
- Experience with the ServiceNow software suite
- Analytical mindset and practical work style
- Deep subject matter expertise in ServiceNow, current or n-1 version preferred
- Previous experience with Incident, Problem, Request, and Change Management operational / ITIL processes
- Strong understanding of how to analyze, design, and document business and operational processes
- Strong analytical skills, including interpretation of business needs and translation into application and operational requirements
- Effective presentation, oral, and written business communication skills with various audiences and levels
- Ability to work in an agile-scrum environment with documentation, attention to detail, and team collaboration
