ServiceNow Engineer

The ServiceNow Engineer delivers enterprise level services and capabilities while working with collaborative Agile development teams to deliver quality, innovative, and highly scalable web-based applications to end clients. The ideal ServiceNow Engineer has prior experience developing solutions for IT Service Management (ITSM), patching cloud servers and applications, designing in-flight data correction when workflows change, responding to application or module service outages, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting system issues.

Requirements

• An Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification – Security+
• Experience in a Tier 3 ServiceNow role for at least 5 years
• Experience with ITSM principles and ITIL best practices
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting of existing code bases
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
