ServiceNow Engineer

LivePerson is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and maintaining ServiceNow instances, developing custom solutions, and working with integrated systems to support business operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in coding on Java, Json, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, XML
• 1+ years ServiceNow Developer with implementation certifications
• 1+ years ServiceNow Administrator experience
• Experience in developing integrations (interfacing) of 3rd party systems with ServiceNow using ServiceNow Integration Hub, Flow Designer, REST API / Webhook / SOAP and other methods
• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM components
• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features in ITSM
• Basic knowledge of CMDB structure, transform maps and import tables
• Must be adaptable to work in a varied, fast-paced exciting, ever-changing environment
• Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology (Atlassian tools) as part of a full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, and Release Rollout
• Experience with scripting in ServiceNow (Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Flow Designer workflow's scripted actions, etc.)
• Experience with SQL (Structured Query Language) and relational database administration
• Basic knowledge and experience with Predictive Intelligence and Virtual Agent configuration
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a similar technical discipline, or comparable industry experience
