ServiceNow Engineer, Senior - Level

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Engineer to join our client’s team in Arlington, VA. In this role, you will oversee the development and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, integrating data stores, enabling cybersecurity management, guiding migrations, ensuring compliance, customizing workflows, providing technical leadership, and delivering progress updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 9 years of overall work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including custom module development, workflows, and integrations
• Demonstrated experience in accessing and integrating disparate data stores for global user management and cybersecurity reporting
• Strong background in system migration, dashboard creation, and action-based reporting solutions
• Experience in Agile development environments, with a proven ability to contribute to sprint planning, execution, and delivery
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills, with the ability to brief and present technical solutions to customers and stakeholders
