The MyHUB HR Service Delivery Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and improving the MyHUB (ServiceNow) HR Case Management, HR Agent Workspace, and Live Agent Chat solution. The role involves providing advice on the out-of-the-box capabilities of MyHUB, maintaining the integrity of HR Service Delivery, and identifying improvement opportunities with HR Operations and HRIT teams.
Requirements
