The ServiceNow HRSD Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the value of the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules within the ServiceNow technology suite. The individual is accountable for understanding the capabilities of the product, maintaining and prioritizing enhancements, and implementing improvements in the ServiceNow HRSD product to add value for employees, managers, business partners and COEs.
