We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert to join our delivery team in support of a Federal Agency. The ideal candidate will bring deep subject matter expertise in ServiceNow’s HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) suites.
Requirements
- Serve as an SME for the implementation, enhancement, and sustainment of ServiceNow HRSD and WSD suites
- Advise stakeholders on underused ServiceNow features and innovative capabilities
- Drive process automation strategies and identify opportunities for business value from ServiceNow's evolving offerings

Requirements Summary
8 years of relevant industry experience, 4 years of expertise in ServiceNow HRSD/WSD, relevant certification and professional license/membership
