ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

We are looking for a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to support our customer, U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), in Omaha Nebraska. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and related ServiceNow modules.

Requirements

• A current TS clearance with SCI eligibility
• Certifications as directed by DoDD 8140.x
• Proven experience in leading full life cycle ServiceNow implementations
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• 2 or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience/combined education
• 10+ years of professional experience or 8+ years with a related Master’s degree
• Proficiency in AngularJS and Portal Development
• Experience with Web Service Integration, REST, and SOAP
• Proven experience in LDAP Integration and Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration and administration
