The ServiceNow Implementation Specialist will work closely with government stakeholders to implement ServiceNow solutions and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, and related ServiceNow modules, and have experience supporting government clients within DOD and other federal agencies.
Requirements
- Current TS clearance with SCI eligibility
- Possess certifications as directed by DoDD 8140.x, such as CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
- Proven experience in leading full life cycle ServiceNow implementations, including familiarity with Performance Analytics, Service Portal, and Flow Designer within ServiceNow
- Possess the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Possess 2 or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10+ years of professional experience; or 8+ years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree
- Proficiency in AngularJS and Portal Development to customize user experiences, as well as ServiceNow Development APIs for building custom solutions
- Extensive experience with Web Service Integration (API Web Services), REST, and SOAP ensuring ServiceNow seamlessly connects to external systems
- Proven experience in LDAP Integration and Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration and administration
