SilverEdge is seeking a ServiceNow Infrastructure Administrator to join our dynamic team. This individual will develop innovative and effective solutions for our DoD customers within the IC sector. Key duties include configuring databases, systems, and servers, providing systems engineering to IT activities, and translating business requirements into solution features.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in IT discipline.
- IAT Level II Certification (Security+)
- Administrative knowledge of Databases, Windows, and Linux.
- Knowledge of backups and high availability database architectures is a plus.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of Network and Servers.
- Proficient in Oral Presentation and Written Communications skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with Peers, Project Leads, and Key Stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, effective Problem-Solving skills, and self-motivation expected.
