Job Description

Job Title: ServiceNow IRM, GRC, ESG Lead Consultant
Location: Pune, India
Position Type: Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations with a focus on IRM (Integrated Risk Management), GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) solutions.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM, GRC, and ESG Lead Consultant to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, with expertise in designing and implementing IRM, GRC, and ESG modules. The consultant will lead engagements, working with global clients to deliver robust risk management, compliance solutions, and ESG reporting capabilities. The role requires strong technical, functional, and leadership skills to guide the team and clients through successful project deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and customization of ServiceNow IRM, GRC, and ESG solutions to meet client requirements.
• Provide expert advisory on best practices for risk management, governance, compliance, and ESG reporting using the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical and business stakeholders) to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
• Develop and deliver technical documentation, training, and support to ensure smooth client transitions.
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow product releases, features, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
• Drive ESG initiatives for clients by enabling accurate tracking, monitoring, and reporting of sustainability metrics using ServiceNow.
• Lead and mentor junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
• Engage with clients in industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, and Manufacturing to address their risk management and compliance needs through customized solutions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience in implementing ServiceNow IRM, GRC, and ESG modules.
• In-depth knowledge of risk management, audit, compliance, and sustainability principles.
• Proven experience working with global clients across various industries.
• Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• ServiceNow certifications (IRM/GRC Implementation Specialist or equivalent) are highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
