ServiceNow ITOM Developer and Tester

We are looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Developer and Tester to join our Software Engineering - Development team at Kyndryl. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will design, develop, and implement cutting-edge software solutions, providing work estimates and guiding features, functional objectives, or technologies being built for interested parties. You will have a significant impact on our products' success and will be part of a team that is passionate about innovation, creativity, and excellence.

Requirements

• 8 - 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Experience in Discovery and Service Mapping, ServiceNow Discovery, Event Management, Integration
• Experience with Configuring Discovery Module for On Prem, Cloud (AWS, GCP)
• Experience with Configuring various authentication mechanism, customizing the OOTB discovery pattern based on the need and good understanding on the OOTB Patterns
• Experience with Integrating External Sources (Dynatrace, SolarWinds) with Event Management
• Experience with Configuring Event Rules, Alert Rules, Flow Designer, Incident Management
• Experience with Configuring Service Maps based on Top-down approach, Dynamic CI Approach
• Experience with ServiceNow testing, conducts a wide range of quality-control tests and analyses results to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements
• Graduation/Post-Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is necessary
