ServiceNow ITOM Engineer

Windward Consulting is looking for a high caliber, multidimensional ServiceNow ITOM Health Engineer to provide CMDB and Service Mapping modeling and advisory for clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management processes and solutions and possess expertise with depth in ServiceNow CMDB and Service Mapping.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping
• Expertise in at least three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow with a strong focus on the Event management and monitoring and integrations
• Deep expertise in cloud deployment and standardizations and consulting on implementation with large enterprises.
• Deep experience modeling network, storage and compute infrastructure
• Understanding of application and infrastructure architectures as they apply to monitoring including cloud, networking, compute platforms, containers, and application services.
• 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL and CMDB processes and solutions
• 8+ years of professional services/consulting experience
• 3+ years of experience documenting tool requirements from To-Be processes and assisting the IT organization in comparing various Vendor’s tool products
• Demonstrable experience with ServiceNow JavaScript and glide queries
• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with practice establishing and maintaining credibility as a ServiceNow expert
