We are looking for a ServiceNow ITOM expert with a strong background in CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping. The key responsibilities include ServiceNow ITOM Administration, Consulting Services, Data Solutions, Platform Management, User Support, Documentation, and Knowledge Enhancement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM products
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow Platform, CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
- Strong experience in troubleshooting and configuring ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and Event Management
- Experience in scripting, customizing, and developing the ServiceNow platform, including automation using Flow Designer
- Ability to troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions
- Experience with multiple ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping projects involving various enterprise and open-source technologies
