Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM development and administration
- Expertise in Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies)
- Experience with ServiceNow REST/SOAP API integrations
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Catalog
- Knowledge of CMDB and Asset Management best practices
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and platform maintenance
