Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM development and administration.
- Expertise in Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies).
- Experience with ServiceNow REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Catalog.
- Knowledge of CMDB and Asset Management best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and platform maintenance.
