The Office of Information Technology at the Dell Medical School is seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Process Manager Analyst. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in communication and organization, with the ability to clearly and efficiently coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate and provide customer support for ITSM processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Communication, or a related field
  • Experience with ServiceNow as a fulfiller, analyst or administrator
  • 4 years of experience with IT customer support and ticket management
  • Strong communication skills and customer focus
  • Experience creating and managing technical documentation or knowledge base content
  • Demonstrated success at building relationships within a team and with end users
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly present ideas, status and issues to management stakeholders
